Kake Da Hotel Franchise
Restaurant Franchise in India
Origins
This legendary family restaurant was founded by Late Shri Amlok Ram Chopra (fondly called Kaka) during the pre-independence era in 1931 in Lahore. After the partition, he moved to New Delhi and started Kake da Hotel in Connaught Place. Today, Kake da Hotel is considered the pioneer of numerous Mughlai delicacies in North India.
This iconic restaurant is now run by Amlok Ram Chopra’s son Ashok Chopra and grandson Tushar Chopra. Kake Da Hotel has been serving the who’s who of India for a very long time now and has been adorned by various certificates of appreciation.
Unique Selling Point
The numerous special delicacies include Chicken Dahi Wala, Saag Chicken, Rada Chicken, and Rada Meat, along with unique dishes such as Zeera Chicken. The barbeque recipe is another hit, offering a wide variety of Indian tandoori delicacies. The D.N.A. of its good taste lies in the homemade blend of spices, carefully selected raw materials and traditional cooking methods like choolhas and earthen handis.
The staff works directly under the guidance of Ashok K. Chopra. The team works relentlessly to replicate the unique flavours, that the restaurant is known for, each time. Ashok’s diverse experience has enhanced his skills to the extent that he doesn’t even need to taste a food item to evaluate how well it has been cooked. In addition to fast and efficient service, the restaurant’s staff is known for providing personalised and courteous experiences to all their patrons.
Future Plans
Together, Ashok and Tushar Chopra have established over 30 franchise-based outlets so far, spanning across India. With such an excellent reputation, Kake da Hotel is planning to spread across more regions, while keeping the great taste and tradition alive as well.
